RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our brand deals in Intimate Nightwear and Lingerie Category of Fashion Apparel for Women and Men. 

Due to hygiene factor associated with our category of clothing line, we do not provide Exchange/Return of products once purchased from our store. 

However, we do offer Return of Products/Exchange ONLY in case of defective product received due to any reason.  

As most of our products are made specifically for Indian women size guide and fit for multiple sizes and the product material is slightly stretchable, we have experienced that sizing issues are almost minimal through customer feedback.

We understand that purchasing online, there is always a concern and doubt about the product quality and trust on the company, hence, as a customer centric company, we are obligated to provide you complete satisfaction if your receive wrong/defective product from our side. 

1 Step Solution for Returning Defective Products -

You just have to send an email to us with 3 images of the product received within 3 days of the receipt. That’s it. We will do the rest.

Our Part -

Once we get the request on mail, we will process the return request and our courier partner will pick the product from your address (same as delivered address).  

We request you to keep the product ready packed in the same delivered bag as delivered for the courier partner for convenience.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, the product physical look is checked just to ensure it is the same product which was delivered for a particular order ID.

Once checked, the amount is refunded to your bank account/wallet.

Return request submitted after 3 days will not be entertained in any circumstances.
